We develop and produce innovative and competitive tower products and perform professional engineering services of new and existing towers for our clients. Our companies are Aero Solutions, focused on the optimization of wireless telecom towers including custom retrofits and new design solutions; and Wind Tower Technologies focused on wind tower products and services; and Comptek Structural Composites, focused on composite materials for the Oil & Gas pipeline industry, civil infrastructure and blade repair market.
Aero Solutions is focused on the wireless tower market. We have structurally reinforced and optimized the load carrying capacity of over 3000 towers since 2002 in the US and internationally. Our structural reinforcements are non-welded and customized for each project and fabricated in house and through a national network of quality fabricators. Aero Solutions provides professional engineering services to support R&D and specifying engineers of our products.
Our PoleMax monopole strengthening products are the industry standard and specified nationally by leading engineering firms and tower owners. Aero develops and offers software tools, AeroSoft, to consulting engineers to improve the analysis and design process in optimizing monopoles for increased loading. Our clients include major telecom tower owners in the US and internationally and their suppliers.
Our reinforcements have been installed on the sites of the major US tower owners including Crown Castle International, American Tower, AT&T Towers, Verizon, Global Tower Partners, SBA, C-Spire, and numerous others. Our clients and project locations include most US states, the United Nations (Vienna), Digicel (Ireland), Government of Bermuda, Azores (Portugal), Isle of Rota (Alutian Islands), and Puerto Rico.
Comptek manufactures advanced composite materials for the Oil & Gas pipeline industry, civil infrastructure and blade repair market. Our structural composite products and used to strengthen existing structures in service. Comptek’s products include a family of polyurethane and epoxy prepregs using carbon and fiberglass fabrics. Comptek’s BolderWrap system has been used since 2004 on facilities worldwide owned by major oil and gas companies including Mobile Oil, Conoco Philips, Saudi Aramco, Cal Energy and others. In 2005, Comptek introduced BolderBond structural adhesives to the retail market, a high strength and low expansion polyurethane. BolderBond is sold through McGuckin’s Hardware in Boulder, Grainger, Amazon, and the national Woodcraft chain of stores.
